Financial Controller
WINERA LTD is inviting Suitably Qualified and Experienced persons to join our Team in the capacity of Financial Controller.
In this leadership role, the Financial Controller supports the decision-making in the Company by providing timely and accurate financial information as well as ensuring the integrity of its assets and liabilities; prepares monthly cash flow forecasts, budgets and rolling estimates, and monitors and reports performance against these plans.
Responsibilities Include:
- Timely and accurate reporting of financial results to management.
- Cash Flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Preparation of annual budgets and monthly rolling estimates.
- Establishment of appropriate accounting controls and procedures to control assets and liabilities of operation.
- Facilitate financial and other statutory audits.
- Coaching team members in performing tasks, including use of systems.
- Analysis of risk management issues confronting the company.
Qualification and Skills:
- ACCA, CPA, BSc in Accounting or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experiencing in an accounting role with at least 5 years of experience using recognized accounting software.
- Highly competent in use of MS Excel for reporting, modeling and analysis as well as MS PowerPoint for presentations.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and towards set deadlines.
- Must be a good team player.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
